Working girrrrl

Rythm changed a lot since I'm working, and I've been having difficulties to log on to write something. It's a pity, even though there isn't much knitting to show off, because there would be about the place I am now. Also, working in the environment has this advantage that you have little stories to tell. Some include bugs, or fish, but not all of them :-).
Sadly the camera I have doesn't do justice to the sights, I can't take anything like close-up, and I dislike the pictures so much, I stopped taking any. I'll have to wait a bit more, to have saved enough money to buy myself a camera I've had in sight for awhile, one that will be truly usefull. Hopefully soon!

The knitting...well. As Polly made some weeks (months?) ago a statement of the count of her WIPs, I felt very safe that I had far less, something like...less than ten. BUT as this had put a questionmark in my head, every time I think of one, like "oh, this must be somewhere like in a box or so??", it's sounds like "one more". Well...as I started with counting I realize *gulp* I have far too many WIPs. Good thing is, a lot of them are concealed from my eyes, because they didn't have occasion to resurface since the movin'. I've been starting to work on that. Slowly but I hope surely ***

So, my targets for october are :

-Sew the all seasons cardi up. I've already managed to get the zipper changed (2 weeks ago), now I have the right size, and it's only the matter of one or two evenings. I should be able to do it...?

-Progress, and hopefully complete the back of the pagode cardi (vest? jacket? It's huge anyway, especially with tiny needles). I started last month to progress with this project, and it is on a good way. Even though it is huge (did I say so already? But, really, it IS huge). Here is where we stand :

The Fronts

The Back

Target is the back, not the rest of the sleeves, not the sewing up. I'm staying modest, see...?

Only 2 good wishes? If I would dare, I'dadd :

-finish a WIP sock. I won't show it now (re-problem with the camera), but it has re surfaced lately. My Brussel's café tricot know it, they've met it, I have to do something about it...

So it's 3 now, I'll see how it goes, with all this new stuff going on...

Yes yes we've met the sock and we are watching you, he, he.
Gros besitos.
